How reviews work
Store ratings come from Omdio and only from people who bought from the store.
Omdio invites buyers after an order and collects their review. The ratings we show count only verified purchases.
Buyers give the store up to 5 stars and can write about their purchase.
Negative reviews are published like any other. A store cannot have a review removed because it does not like it. It can answer publicly.
We show only reviews from buyers in Sweden, in the language they were written in.
A store without verified reviews in Sweden shows no rating at all, never an empty one.
Omdio decides which stores carry its badge. Mervo does not decide it, and no store can buy it.
A rating only separates offers with the same total and delivery time.
Who runs Omdio
Omdio drivs av samma ägare som Mervo. Omdio samlar bara in omdömen från verifierade köp, och Mervo har inget inflytande över vad recensenterna skriver eller vad som publiceras.

Test results from Testverkstan
Where Testverkstan has tested a product, the result appears in a box on the product page. A product without a test shows nothing, and an offer marked as paid never carries a test result.
